Soccer picks Christian Horner on judges` bias: I don`t think so. The reason for Verstappen`s fine was rather Russell`s hysteria

Horner called Russell`s behavior at the Qatar Grand Prix hysterical. The Red Bull boss summed up the race weekend by noting that Max Verstappen was not too pleased to receive a penalty for an incident in which he allegedly interfered with George Russell - despite both drivers being on the warm-up lap. As a result, Max was deprived of pole position and lost one position at the start, which ultimately did not prevent him from winning the race:

Max`s penalty in the form of losing one position for an incident that occurred on a slow lap is something unprecedented. But Horner did not agree that a fine in Qatar could give this story a new twist:
