The International Olympic Committee allowed Daniil Medvedev, Andrei Rublev, Karen Khachanov, Roman Safiullin, Daria Kasatkina, Lyudmila Samsonova, Ekaterina Alexandrova and Mirra Andreeva to participate in the Olympics as neutral athletes.


The participation of Belarusians Arina Sabalenka and Victoria Azarenka was also approved.


Earlier it became known that Rublev, Khachanov, Kasatkina, Samsonova and Sabalenko would not go to the Games.


There is no information yet about the participation of Pavel Kotov, Aslan Karatsev, Veronika Kudermetova and Diana Schneider, who entered.
