Real Madrid have rejected PSG`s offer to sign midfielder Marco Asensio.


According to As, the Parisians made an attempt to buy the Spaniard on Saturday. They hoped that Madrid would agree to sell the player whose contract expires in the summer, but they were refused.


Real wants to sign a new contract with Asensio, and Marco himself would prefer to stay, although he was pleased with the interest from PSG. Negotiations on a contract extension are expected to begin in the coming weeks.
